He is a child from America from Stephen's mother and father, Stephania Casaro and Gustavo Manuell. When he was 1 year old, Stephen really liked it when he went with his father to the workshop and saw his father working there. Gradually, Stephen was 6 years old and Stephen's parents sent their child to school in the city of Washington. Stephen really likes the world of machinery, because he often goes with his father to the workshop. When he entered junior high school, Stephen had the idea to try to dismantle the engine of his father's 1990 Harley Davidson. Stephen looked a little in trouble but his father helped him. Stephen is very knowledgeable because he can dismantle his father's motorbike engine even if he has help. 3 years have passed, now Stephen is a teenager and he really wants to go to engineering school in the city of Washington. He really likes 2 stroke motorbikes like the NSR 150SP and large 4 stroke Centimeter Cubic motorbikes like Harley Davidson motorbikes. He wanted to open a workshop in the city, and he started the business by working first as a delivery boy. Then Stephen had enough money to open his own workshop and he opened a workshop in Washington called Stephen's Mecha. However, this business did not last long, after only 2 years of existence, the workshop had gone bankrupt because many people unknowingly took Stephen's workshop items. And Stephen plans to migrate to the city of Los Santos. Time after time, Stephen had enough money to travel to Los Santos, he traveled alone without saying goodbye to his parents. There he took a job at the Workshop as an employee. He heard news that there was a motorbike community in Los Santos and he planned to join the community. After collecting the money from working at the workshop, he then bought a custom Harley Davidson Chopper motorbike for 00 in Los Santos, after that he came to the community and wanted to join it. Several days passed, Stephen officially joined the motorbike community. Then Stephen planned that he would just stay in Los Santos. Because he has a lot of friends in the motorbike community. After that, Stephen just remembered that he wanted to have an NSR150SP motorbike and Stephen bought the motorbike for $ 12,000.
