She grew up in a family that was passionate about art, culture and politics. Her father was a professor of art history, while her mother was an experienced Italian diplomat. Both parents sparked Cyeila's interest in politics from a young age. Since childhood, she often heard interesting stories about her parents' travels to various countries and meeting world leaders. Her family's background in diplomacy and international trade gave him a unique perspective on the importance of international relations. After completing her undergraduate degree in Political Science at the University of Milan, Cyeila decided to pursue her higher education by enrolling in the Master of International Relations program at the same university. During her Master's studies, Cyeila deepened her knowledge. She was also active in various extracurricular activities, was part of the university debate team and was involved in important research projects. However, at the end of her education, her father fell ill with a serious illness. Cyeila quickly realized that her family needed her support, so she decided to put her education on hold and focus on her father's care. This changed the course of her life. For several years, Cyeila took care of her father with love and dedication. Although she was not able to complete her master's degree on time at the expected time, the experience of taking care of her father taught her a lot about the strength of family, resilience, and the true meaning of responsibility. As her father recovered, Cyeila felt it was time to continue her academic dreams. She resumed her education at the University of Milan and with even greater determination, she completed a Master's degree in International Relations. Although many doubted her abilities, Cyeila proved that with perseverance and passion, she could overcome any obstacle. Eventually, Cyeila graduated as the top student in the Master of International Relations program.
