Michael is a white minority from the neighborhood. The amount of social mistreatment happened to him, bullying and racism are his daily dose of lives. Moreover, Michael’s family had an issue of life well-being. Being the oldest of the family, Michael had the most important responsibility and job of ensuring the safety of his brother and sister, then also Michael is the one who can work properly in the family. As the one who can work and got middle educational background, Michael worked tirelessly to boost up his family’s life until they got well-being condition. Determined to leave his old life behind, Michael did everything to turn his life into a better one. He pursued higher education, joined, and served the community to learn how to behave. In his way of taking an education, he interested to becoming a police officer, his feeling is driven by a desire to protect his family; serve the community; and to end racism. Michael thought if he can work as a police officer, he can prevent everyone he knows or he does not from going down into the wrong path of life. However, the way of Michael to becoming a police officer was far from a good way. Michael was a skinny kid back then; he was not even close to police officer’s requirements standard. But Michael’s passion remained unshakeable, the fact that he put all his soul and heart into his every training session; and worked third times harder than everyone else. Finally in return, Michael proved himself to be a worthy person; and he is way more humane than himself in the past. After he graduated from the police academy, he began to change bit by bit everything that he could in his life. He started to dedicate himself to the community around his neighborhood as the place he most loved at the first path of his career.
