After arriving at the restaurant, he saw someone he knows, then Cito approached him and thats Tacito friend his name is William Guts. Tacito Escalera say hello to William then talk a little bit in outside restaurant, they talk very long time and then William Guts tells Cito to talk again inside the restaurant because he`s hungry. William Guts tells about his history in out of town, he tells about his business going bankrupt, and then tries to find some new job on here. William Guts talks about to finding a new apartment room to Cito, but he want a low price. Cito also thought of scamming William then Cito offer a low price for an apartment room and William agreed with that and gave his money to Cito. Cito convinces him to wait for a few days. The money Cito received was spent because he bought a lot of drugs for a party with his friend, Cito spent that money easily for a party, he didn’t care about William`s money because he was addicted to drugs. William waited for a few days, but no results for that. William continued to look for Cito's whereabouts, William tried to call his phone, but Cito didn’t answer it. One week after, William saw Cito on Jefferson pavement. William quickly picked up his gun at a friend's house and came back again, William also stopped Cito there and Cito panicked his tried to run, but William aiming him with a shotgun. Cito was taken to the alley while William aiming his head, Cito tried to lie about that money, but William didn’t believe him again, and he shoot Cito's head several times.
