He has a father named James Monserrate and a mother named Rhiana Garcia. Charles's father was a marine soldier with the rank of Major General. At the age of 24, Charles followed in his father's footsteps as a soldier and served in the U.S. Air Force. Charles was recognized by his commanders as a talented soldier and expert in military strategy, he rose quickly through the ranks and became a Lieutenant. However, a war broke out in 2017 in the eastern seas of the United States, or more precisely, in the North Atlantic Ocean. After returning from a deadly military mission, Charles experiences a deep moral crisis. He witnessed the unimaginable atrocities of war and despaired at not being able to effect meaningful change. Hopeless, he feels like a pawn in the hands of powerful politicians. Charles is tossed about in a wave of despair until one day he meets a notorious criminal named Viktor. Viktor, the boss of an illegal arms trade syndicate, offers Charles a new opportunity. He needed a strategist like Charles to coordinate a very complicated operation of illegal weapons smuggling. Initially, Charles refused Viktor's offer. However, his inconsolable frustration and temptation that came from dangerous experiences on the battlefield finally overcame his conscience. Charles decides to join Viktor, leaving his past as a dedicated soldier behind and living a new life as an illegal arms smuggler. In his new role, Charles used his extensive military knowledge to orchestrate covert smuggling routes and evade government surveillance. He works with a well-trained team and maintains an extensive network of contacts in the underworld. However, 3 months later Charles decided to stop joining Viktor. Charles realized that what he was doing was illegal and harmed many people. Charles flies to Los Angeles, California, to take on a new life and try to build a company.
