Nemiah was born to Benne Tranquillo and Maria Morales, who both worked as suppliers of chemicals ranging from safe to dangerous levels. Little Nemiah grew up watching and following all the activities of his parents traveling from one place to another. On an unknown day and month, Nemiah's parents made a transaction with one of the Mexican cartels that was extending its power in American. Benne accepted a business offer put forward by the cartel's operatives to be able to supply the chemicals needed as a mixture of drugs sent from Argentina across the Mendoza border. But unfortunately, during the execution of the task, one of Benne's employees was caught and Nemiah's parents were named suspects by the American police. Since then, Nemiah's uncle took over his father's business which had stopped with the help of young Nemiah as his accountant. Since the rebuilding of Nemiah's parents' business which had collapsed due to being caught by the police, all operational activities carried out by the uncle have always been closely monitored by the American police. Nemiah has a lot of question marks why his parents got involved with the Mexican cartel and why the police suspected the movements of his uncle and himself even though he was not involved with the cartel. However, day after day they continued without any significant interruptions until finally the business of importing and supplying chemicals grew again. Five years later, both of Nemiah's parents were released by the American police because of their good behavior while in prison. Immediately after meeting Nemiah again, Benne and Maria rushed to tell Nemiah to go and find a living abroad, her father had even prepared a flight ticket to Los Santos for Nemiah alone. Benne advised Nemiah to use the knowledge she gained while doing business in Mexico to build her own business and stay away from criminal things. Nemiah understood that the message indicated that her parents were worried about Nemiah's safety, so without thinking twice she agreed to her father's request.
