Rollo Elly Torres, or most of his friend called him as Ellon, lived in a really poor conditions. No money, foods or even father, since his father left him and his mother, Ellon and his mom couldn't get enough for his family. Ellon choose to changed his life and fix his family's problem, what was he thinking that time is he have to fix his Family's economy. After a couple of years, Ellon finaly choose to migrated himself to Los Santos and trying to looking for a job there. After several months of looking for a definite and steady job, Ellon got hired by another immigrated African - American guy named Larry Khalise. Larry invited Ellon to have a Thrift Store. Without doubting, Larry immediately believed Ellon as the manager of the store and Larry also allowing Ellon to choose the items they will sell, and without even thinking, Ellon choose to selling original thrift sneakers. Ellon believed himself that they could make a bunch of money with selling sneakers, heard that, Larry agreed the idea and starts opening their business in Jefferson Area, they named the store as "Strict's Thrift". Several years the business was going great in Ellon and Larry hand's, they already make so much money selling original thrift sneakers. One day, Larry brought his friends who live in the area to work and form an gang. Larry named the gang as "Tappin Strict's Gang", Larry's goal is to fill their spare time and have fun together as fellow immigrants. After a couple of months, Tappin Strict's Gang started to become a famous gang in the city causes of they're illegal activity, unbeknownst to Larry, his friend Collin Brown is a criminal who often kills, raps women, uses drugs. Arrested by the police, making the Tappin Strict's Gang as a bad group of immigrants. Larry and Ellon were forced to close their thrift store and temporarily cover their identities.
