Javanni Banks is a member of one of the famous gangs in the Los Santos area, the gang is called the 38th Street Gang. Javanni often participates in activities that are often held by his gang, such as robbing, stealing, and even breaking into people's homes. Javanni is known as one of the few members who often shoots at his rivals in the city. As such, Javanni was quite famous in other groups and blocks in the city. Javanni had some friends who were even in different groups from him, they came from one of the gangs located in one of the areas close to Marina beach. The gang was called Latin Kings, a gang of Latinos from Latin America.

Eventhough Latin Kings is not a gang of black people, Javanni still has access to come to their place. Whether it was playing, eating together, doing crazy things, and even fighting with their rivals. Javanni has a friend who is one of the superiors in the gang, named Peysoh. They were old friends from childhood and grew up in the same apartment. But when they grew up, they were separated due to family and certain circumstances. Peysoh lived and grew up in a community of Latinos, and Javanni lived in a mixed community of Latinos and blacks.

After a long time, Peysoh sent Javanni a message telling him where to meet her. Since the two of them had not met for a long time, they both agreed to the meeting. Javanni then went to a location close to where Peysoh was, at Marina beach. They both talked about the death of one of her close friends named Tigs. Javanni and Peysoh learned that Tigs was killed at his own club called Mayahuel. Javanni and Peysoh together came to their place for an explanation and ended up in a very brutal fight. A few days later after the incident, Javanni visited his friend's house in Blueberry which he didn't realize was the territory of Mayahuel MC. Javanni was spotted and followed by four men in a car wearing vests with Mayahuel MC written on them. Javanni rushed in but was caught and confronted. A heated conversation ensued and ended with Javanni being killed by the four Mayahuel MC members.
