BabiHutan Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 Charles_Mancuso This story begins on June 8, 1999, from a less fortunate family in the suburban part of Washington D.C. The small family gave birth to a male offspring with a mixed blood of Italian and American named Charles Mancuso. The child was raised as best as his parents could, but of course, there was no future to be expected with the way they raised him. Charles grew up with insufficient provisions, ranging from his mindset, behavior, and economy. He went through a rough start until he grew up and entered high school. Charles had a pretty cool personality and was easy-going. He also had a little bit of a business mindset ingrained in him, and he was crazy about money. It was understandable given his background of lacking in any aspect. From there, Charles thought of getting back at fate and trying things to turn his luck around. In high school, he faced problems and couldn't continue his education due to his lack of intelligence and poor behavior. Yes, Charles was terrible in academics and etiquette. The incident hit him hard, but he realized it and improved his fighting spirit to achieve a brighter future. He started trying out various businesses, from selling goods, selling services and labor, to finally opening a restaurant business. He built the business with his former schoolmate, and it went smoothly. Due to his high interest in money, Charles' income distribution with his partner was not equal. This caused several problems, and from here, Charles' career was threatened by his partner's envy. Charles' partner had bad intentions and tempted him into illegal drug business, which was more promising than the restaurant he had before. From there, Charles fell into his partner's trap, and without realizing it, there was nothing suspicious. More than a year had passed, Charles and his partner were running two businesses, and their income skyrocketed multiple times from before. Then, one day, Charles' partner started his plan. He cooperated with bad cops in Washington to bust Charles, who was not neat when conducting drug transactions. Charles was caught by the police in his own house when he was conducting a transaction with one of his clients. He was startled and immediately ran away through the back of his house. Charles officially went on the run and became a target of the police from then on. His mind was definitely chaotic at that time, he ran from city to city until he ended up in Los Santos. He tried to start a new life there, seeking his fortune, hoping to get the same life as he had before. After a long time of seeking his fortune, he did not immediately get any glimmer of hope and ended up being homeless. One day, Charles visited a place and sat in the area while smoking, hoping for a miracle. From that place, someone named Vincent Locatelli came out and offered him a job with a promised sum of money. From that moment, Charles had a connection to rise up and live his life longer.
