He is the son of Yin Chuen Montha and Wattkins Jeffrey Oakwood. Watts Montha grew up in southern Cambodia, where life was very sad because of the many acts of crime, sexual cases, and drugs that were rampant willingly. Her father was a heavy addict who had to run away from America because he got a judge's reprimand and a heavy sentence for having sold and exploited all the tax money in Chicago, while her mother is someone who understands religion, which makes Montha very depressed and forced to study religion. Watts Montha was brought up in a strict parental way, where all activities would be limited by his parents, considering that when his father was young, he used to be very ugly in the eyes of those close to him. Watts Montha has intelligence beyond ordinary people, where he is always the pride of the class and also becomes one of the first-ranked school champions, Watts Montha often takes part in competitions between regions and schools just to make his parents proud and get prizes, and both parents are very proud to Watts Montha, whose record is that he is a favorite child and also smart. 15 years later when Watts Montha was growing up, his life began to change when he became acquainted with drugs and other negative things. Watts Montha asked for permission to go to America to find a decent job for him and earn more money for the family, but all that didn't go according to what Watts Montha said; he went to America to deliver illegal items such as drugs, weapons, with the illegal way, namely jumping from a cargo ship and boarding a small ship to go to the territory in America, a few months later, he became one of the members of a street gangster group.
