His father was a firefighter in a small village of Atlanta in Georgia and his mother is a housewife. Steven Racheford is the only child that his parent had, at home he gets so much love from his mother who took care of him during his childhood. After he became a teenager His father brought him to play around the fire department which is his father workplace, He gets so much experience on what are the firefighters doing in their basecamp when they are not on duty. Steven had a smooth run in his school career, He never failed in a single subject in any school he stepped on, This is due to his trait which he likes to learn something new and experience a new thing to do. Once he stepped age of 18, he got accepted in a best university in his city which is University of Georgia with Political Science and Goverment Major, eversince he got accepted in Georgia University he is really looking forward to be a just and wise person like his father was. Serving the people is his dream since he was a child. Steven graduated from Georgia University with a honorable result "Cumlaude", His father and mother was very proud of him that he can be such a success man, but this is not the end for Steven to reach his dream, Steven had an idea to move from Georgia to San Andreas and live far away from his parent. He talked to his parent about the plan that he propose, At first try his parent decline the plan that Steven propose, but after many consideration and many talk between them his parent agree to let Steven go to San Andreas and live his life there. Steven has a rough start when he first came to San Andreas because he is a African-American ethnicity, he applied to many job in San Andreas but got decline so many times. He was almost hopeless but he want to try several more times to apply for a job before he return to his Hometown. At last he got accepted in a San Andreas Taxi Company becoming a taxi driver, With enough money to rent a taxi in that company he started doing his job smoothly until he can afford a taxi by himself. During the his work he have met so many people across the city and make a friend between them, sometime Steven also give free ride for those who need to travel but can't afford to pay the taxi.
