Penjelasan:

Gini bre sebenernya gua tu gak pake cit pihak ketiga gua main aman aman aja, itu yang getcrate ama loadcrate itu cuman kecepatan tangan aja gua aja gak tau cleo cleo seperti mempercepat teks atau apa palingan yang gua tau cuman auto rp doang ? Betul gak kan itu auto rp gak ilegal cuman legal aja jadi bisa dong kalo di pakai yang intinya ane gak pakai yang namanya cleo cleo haram atau penggunaan pihak ketiga bre, itu cuman kecepatan tangan ajh.

Program Pihak Ketiga tidak selalu berada di Cleo, ada banyak program pihak ketiga yang di luar Cleo, kan sudah tertera di Rules seperti ini:

Pasal 3: Penggunaan Program Pihak Ketiga

1. Pemain tidak diperbolehkan untuk menggunakan program pihak ketiga yang dapat mengubah mekanisme game demi untuk menguntungkan diri sendiri atau merugikan pemain lain atau seluruh isi server.
2. Program yang dimaksud dalam Ayat 1 adalah program yang dapat melekat dengan process client SA:MP atau game GTA: San Andreas seperti contoh:
   1. s0beit
   2. Cheat Engine
   3. Trainer
3. Pemain tidak diperbolehkan untuk menggunakan program untuk mempermudah atau mempercepat pengetikan tulisan. Program yang dimaksud adalah:
   1. AutoHotKey
   2. Keybinder
4. Pengecualian untuk Ayat 3 diberikan kepada anggota institusi pemerintahan.
5. Barangsiapa yang dengan sengaja melanggar peraturan server Pasal 3 akan dikenakan hukuman sebagai berikut:
   1. Ayat 1 dan Ayat 2: Pemblokiran account UCP dan/atau alamat IP.
   2. Ayat 3: Pemblokiran sementara account UCP dan/atau alamat IP minimal selama 7 hari.

Anggota Institusi Pemerintahan itu adalah SAPD, SAFD, dan SANews.

Gue tau dimana yang cepet tangannya sama engga bro, masalahnya lu bisa copy paste sambil jalan gak ada berhenti sepersekian detik pun. Kalaupun lu super cepet, gue juga udah sadar orang paling cepet pastenya itu seenggaknya ada jeda sepersekian detik buat buka "T" dan input paste text lu itu
