The members of the IRA opened their mouths and spat out the name Kingpin Cartel after caught by the feds. Then the IRA decided to cut ties with the Kingpin Cartel. The Kingpin Cartel is close to the end, and Niguel, who thought he is doing everything alone and without anyone's help, decided to cut off the supply of cocaine from Colombia. Nathan Buchanan was influential in this task, he ordered Edward Gertz and his crew to stop the cocaine shipping from the sea.

Niguel Cordova and Huitzilo Eberardo was captured and had been thrown up to jail by the police department, they were waiting for the Kingpin to come and get them. When Leandro and Oblak witnessed the SAPD arresting Niguel and Huitzilo at the Los Santos Mall, Millane provided them with additional inside information. Following Millane's explanation, Leandro directed Oblak and Felix to kidnap civillians, as a warning to SAPD, one of Willowfield's buildings was set on fire. After that The Kingpin Cartel success got a four hostages inside the Meat Factory, they demand to swap the hostages, four-for-two.

The Kingpin Cartel who led by Leandro Pinheiro outside of factory is agree with the hostage swap for Niguel and Huitzilo. In the end, after two hostages safely got into the armored-van, before they got to the Meat Factory for let last of hostages come out, the SWAT team and other police opened fire on them. The Kingpin Cartel inside the factory heard the shooting sound and shoot at hostages inside the factory because they heard and see member of The Kingpin Cartel outside was shoot by SWAT team. The rest of the Police Department raided Meat Factory to find other members of The Kingpin Cartel and does shoot out inside the factory. All member of the Kingpin Cartel are dead on this war.
