Sebastian Cortez or who is usually called Borka is a child born in Los Santos, California. He was born on August 19, 1995. Borka is a child who was equipped with a genius brain by God. Borka was born into a wealthy family but his household was destroyed because of his mother's infidelity. Fights in her house made her lazy to be at home, until one day when he came back home from school, Borka received the bad news that her parents were getting divorced. Borka felt confused about where to go. On the one hand, Borka has a loving mother and a strict father who is always there for her. The next day when Borka woke up from his sleep he saw his mother tidying up her clothes and things and getting ready to leave the house, in the end, Borka chose to go with his father. Borka has a father who is rich and can give him whatever he wants, but Borka does not have a mother who can accompany him in a downturn. Borka often cried alone in his room because he missed his mother. Borka tried several times to contact his mother but it was a pity that his mother had changed the phone number. Borka is a genius child, he won all the quiz championships in all subjects at his school without exception. One day, Borka bought from his father a very good motorbike, namely a Harley-Davidson Dyna Super Glide motorbike in 2011 when he was 16 years old, at that time he was just about to enter High School. From then on, Borka always used the motorbike wherever he went. After graduating from school, Borka chose to sell the motorbike his father had given him and tried to assemble the motorbike himself. The project was carried out for a very long time because Borka is a person who is still new to motorcycles. Borka tries to find friends or a motoring association to learn about motorbikes. The motorcycle project he built was being carried out while studying at university, which made it difficult for him to manage his lecture time and at the end he chose to stop assembling his motorcycle until his studies were over.
