The reason why she moved to Los Santos was to make herself calm from the sadness because her grandmother was gone and also she wants to ran away from her mother who always forced her to become a med-specialist. Givone is the one and only daughter from an affluent family. Her father is a businessman who lives in New York City, while her mother is a med-specialist at a well-known hospital in Belgium. She was born in the winter of 1997. Since that, Givone has mostly carried out her activities with her grandmother in Belgium. She isn't receive much love from her parents while she grown up, all she knew that the grandmother was always by her side. She rarely find her father at home because he decide to live in New York City to taking care of his business and also her mother often didn't coming back home because of work demands that required her to stay in the hospital for several days. Since starting school, Givone understood that apparently her parents couldn't longer be together, they decided to divorce and were still busy taking care of their jobs and business individually. Even though they're actually still on good terms and often meet and spend time with their daughter, Givone. Behind it all, her grandmother was always looking for reasons so that Givone wouldn't think badly of her parents. She had her father's given name, it's Fergara. His father was came from Guadalajara, Mexico. Cold, and stubborn. That's how the grandmother explained the character of her "forever little girl" who was usually called with Gigi. All she learn is that she must work hard and live independently to get what she wants from her own, even though her parents always provide whatever she needs. In fact, her father was the highest donor at the University where Givone was studied. However, she always didn't receive money from her parents for nothing. Finding a job by being a part-time worker since she was in high school is a shortcut so she can avoid her emotions. From there, Givone grew into a mature, strong and independent person. She spends more time with her friends outside than at home. Even though she looks tough, she actually has a very soft heart. In fact, she could only share her daily activities to her grandmother and ended up crying in her arms. By seeing her parents, made Givone not believe in relationships. What is relationships? she always thought that. All she know is having a relationship with a man will end up leaving each other. That is the reason why Givone is always difficult to get.
