Sebastian was born at the Hospital that located in Saint Petersburg, he lives with his parents in a nice place at one of the areas in Saint Petersburg. Both of Sebastian’s parents has different nationalities. His father is Russian, his name is Nikodim Smirnov. He used to be a police officer before, but due to some problems he resigned and became a hunter whose likes to collect fangs from dead animals. And her mother is American, her name is Jane Fuller. She worked as a manager at a company in America, but because she married with Nikodim, she moved to Russian and decided to open a Bakery. Even though his parents has a simple jobs, Sebastian still grateful for his life. At the age of 5, Sebastian was sent to school by his parents at Rostok Kindergarten. While in kindergarten, Sebastian was never got into trouble like other children. He also got a lot of friends, and often sat together with his friends in his class. He always got pretty good grades while in kindergarten, his parents were proud of him. Sebastian has a favorite cartoon which he often watches at his house, the show called “COPS”. The show is about a team of highly trained police officer tasked to protect the city from criminals, from this show, Sebastian has aspirations to become a police when he grows up. His father was afraid if Sebastian would have the same problem later, but he still believed that would never happen and supported his son’s goals. Several years passed, Sebastian was already 17 years old. He studied at Saint Petersburg highschool and he still has the same personality as before, he still got good grades, he made some friends and some enemies. One day Sebastian gets caught fighting in his class, his mother was worried about him and often advises him to not repeat the same incident, but it’s different from his father who is proud of his son because he is brave and not afraid of his opponents. Sebastian always trains his physically and mentally with his father, he was also taught by his father how to hunt so he knows how to survive in the forest. At age 22, Sebastian decided to move to Los Santos to pursue his dreams. Sebastian’s parents agreed with it, his father gave him some money for the ticket and fulfill his daily needs there. Even though he actually wanted to live with his parents, he still had to move so he could find a decent job. After arrived in Los Santos, Sebastian was confused about finding a place to live, but luckily he met his friend at highschool, then he decided to live with his friend temporarily in an apartment in Los Santos. What he now need to do is find a job to fulfill his needs before becoming a police officer.
