One afternoon, Martino Cortevaz was relaxing at his usual gathering place with his friends, namely El Corona. Martino is a hard worker and likes to help his friends, but he also works as a seller of illegal goods such as firearms. 30 minutes after he relaxed at El Corona, Martino felt hungry and went shopping to a nearby restaurant to buy food. He immediately ordered food and ate it. After Martino came out of the restaurant, he started the engine of his motorbike, then went home and watched TV until, at 22:15, he fell asleep.
     
In the morning, Martino is awakened by a loud cell phone alarm. He woke up from his nap and took a shower. After Martino came out of the bathroom, he wanted to go fishing, and he remembered his friend Ellard Roger and Martino asking Ellard to go fishing with him. Arriving at the fishing grounds, Martino and Ellard also chatted about fishery issues.

After catching fish, Martino and Ellard went to a donut restaurant near the fishing grounds, and Ellard whispered about the illicit goods that Martino was selling. Ellard whispered to Martino, "Do you carry that size twelve, Martino?" Martino then responded to Ellard, "Yeah, I only have a Mossberg 500." "It fits about six rounds." Then Ellard and Martino continued eating. After finishing eating, Ellard and Martino intended to go to the cottage above North Rock in Las Colinas, but they stopped at the nearest supermarket to buy cigarettes. After finishing buying cigarettes, Ellard and Martino went to Las Colinas to do some illegal business. Ellard asked Martino about the condition and specifications of the 12-caliber shotgun, and he also asked about the price. Martino answered all of Ellard's questions, but suddenly something felt awkward after Ellard said, "Let me test this shotgun, so I can know how far it reaches and how good this shotgun is." Without much time to think, Martino gave the rifle to Leodor so they could learn more about it. Ellard didn't test the shotgun, but they pointed it at Martino's head. After that, Ellard pulled the trigger and ran from the hut, holding the shotgun.
