While he was resting, his friend Mateo Chamaco came. Mateo had bad intentions for Athelstan, but Athelstan was very unaware that Mateo would do something like that to him. Mateo didn't actually get hit by any incidents, but he was having a money crunch, so he was very confused about making a quick buck. So Mateo wanted to kill his own friend to take all of his wealth, namely Athelstan. Mateo has no other choice but to kill Athelstan. With Mateo's plan, he brought Athelstan, who was very far from the city, making it impossible for the locals to know. Mateo's plan went very smoothly. Mateo takes Athelstan to a place that has a very beautiful view. Athelstan also thought that Mateo wanted someone to accompany him. Mateo also told what happened at that time, but that was a lie that was told to Athelstan, he meant to do that so that Athelstan would not think that Mateo did something to him. After a few hours, they were enjoying the beautiful sight. For Mateo, this is the right time. Mateo pulled out his gun and pointed it at Athelstan.
