In 1988, Fresco and Earlena moved to the United States to be precise in Long Beach. After two years of marriage, Fresco and Earlena had a son and they named him Declan Recio. Declan was born on June 25, 1992 in Long Beach. During his childhood, Declan spent his time hanging out with people around him who were Asian, and most of them were Cambodians, Vietnamese, and Filipinos. Outside of the area where they still live in Long Beach most are African-Americans. Declan got a good education from a good quality school in Long Beach. In 1990, a group of Cambodians formed a community they called Asian Rascals. This group was formed to protect the Asian people in their neighborhood from attacks by other gangs in the Long Beach area. Initially this group was formed specifically for Cambodians only, but seeing many other Asians who were not Cambodian made this group open to other Asians. And at that time, Declan was already a 15-years-old teenager. And at this age, his parents died after being shot by a group of people from an African-American gang. Declan's life becomes directionless, and he decides to join Asian Rascals. Since childhood, Declan has been strictly educated by his parents. And from his association with the people around him, he knows a lot about illegal things such as extortion, drugs and others. In Asian Rascals, it didn't take long for him to be accepted as a full member of the Asian Rascals Gang. In 2020 he moved to Los Santos to hide after a robbery at a Market in Long Beach. Precisely in East Los Santos, he joined the members of the Asian Rascals Gang who were there. And quickly he became one of the respected people there. Several years the Asian Rascals gang controlled the East Los Santos area and after going through many conflicts with other gangs, many members of the Asian Rascals gang died, including the leader of this gang. Of the remaining members, Declan who is the most respected person in this gang leads this gang and brings this gang back to its glory. He and some of his friends who are also respected in this gang lead this gang in their own way. Together with Declan and his friends, this gang is involved in many criminal activities. Selling marijuana, cocaine, guns and robbing are some of them. They do it well and structured, with the goal they always hold, “Big Cash”.
