Kasshem's family had enough to make ends meet because his father didn't work and only sold hot dogs, and that was where his family's income came from. When Khassem Waddell was a teenager, he followed in the footsteps of his older brother Shaquille Waddell who became one of Jafferson's notorious gangs, the Killo 9 Tray Gang. Which is a criminal gang that sells various kinds of illegal weapons and also illegal items such as cocaine and marijuana, one day Khassem and Shaquille sell illegal goods to people they know and also to distribute them on the order of their leader, for them it is easy where both of them has experience distributing illegal goods as well as illegal weapons. D-Day, the Jefferson boys are ready to do their thing. They armed themselves with their most beloved guns a person ever possess. The rats were fighting on the frontline as the first wave as the second one prepares the tactics to ambush the police from behind. The first wave fell, and the second come with a car and taking out the wounded police. But the second wave fell quickly as the sharpshooters are standby on a vantage point. The last wave, a wave consisting the higher ranks were deployed as they taking a desperate measures, killing a few in the process before they subdued by the police, ultimately ending their operation on Los Santos as the most prominent gang that haunts the Los Santos for several years.
