By the time he landed in the United States his life was fine but he had a problem when he began his career in one of the government agencies in the city of Los Santos, in the very 10th month he was working he had cases of corruption framed by his own superiors, so ciro had to be dishonored and jailed for 3 years, so at the time the career of a Ciro was ruined. After ciro comes out of the jail he works in one of his car shops by one of his friends, he certainly doesn't reject the request, because for a former criminal to find a job it will be hard enough, as long as Ciro is a close friend to his clerk's sesame, but Ciro's agony changes after a long time inside the prison, he starts to try to use drugs and eventually becomes a drug smuggler. It's surely a terrible thing for Ciro that he's always forcing his own will to buy the coke even though the money is only enough to eat everyday. For being a heavy addict one time Ciro buys drugs for a considerable amount, but it turns out he has less money to end up owing the drug dealer and unable to pay the money. Ciro had a sizable debt, he sought the friend's help to loan him the money, but instead he took the abuse from his clerk, Ciro chose to ask his friend for help and that is, Billy omen could have lent him the money, but Billy could not have lent it. No wonder that Ciro was a friend to Billy, and finally Billy tried to talk to a friend who was his manager to help Ciro, but his boss's relationship with Ciro was something else. Ciro spends every day getting the abuse from his boss for no apparent reason, it upsets Ciro against his own manager. Because he was annoyed Ciro finally had a plan to get rid of his manager by stealing money from the shop where he worked, but it failed because by the time Billy spoke of Ciro as his natural problem, his manager had looked over Ciro so closely, that in the end his manager would steal the money Because his superior was the former police officer of Ciro was shot in the chest, for Ciro was trying to threaten his manager by pointing a gun, but Ciro was less than his superior, so Ciro was shot first and was killed on the spot.
