Ursula Castillo is an intelligent yet rebellious woman. She stands by her ideology and people sometimes are going to have a hard time befriending her. Being raised in poverty, she went to law school to be a lawyer in Los Santos. Even though her parents are poor, she got helped by her uncle. By the end of the first year, she stopped studying law. It wasn't because she suddenly has no interest in law anymore, but turns out her uncle had been doing some unspeakable things to Ursula and she couldn't tolerate it anymore. She then cut off from her uncle completely and left law school. Her ex-classmate, Laurel Sanchez, invited her to join her midnight business class. Since she didn't have anything to do, she accepted her offer and joined the class.

 

Several years after that, she got used to running a business and even got applied as manager at Kevin Clone, an American fashion chain located at Rodeo, Los Santos. The pay was great, and she even could afford her own vehicle. She bought a white 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle which she called Chevy. One day, one of the customers at Kevin Clone scratched her Chevy while they tried to park their car. Furious as she was, she confronted the customer with rage and made a scene. Her senior didn't satisfied with Ursula's behavior and decided to not justify her actions. She got fired that day and started again from zero.

 

By sheer luck, not long after that, she got a new gig at Establish Staffing run by Luis Gamino. Even though it is not the same as a fashion chain, Ursula is excited about her new role as Chief Operating Officer. Establish Staffing is an outsourcing company that runs at Fort Carson. Together with Gamino, she is going to make the company as successful as it can get. The first month is going to be rough but Ursula has trained for this.
