          Vincent “Mount” Montagna is an Italian man who lives in the Rodeo area of Los Santos. Vincent is known as Rodeo's Robin Hood for helping many poor people around Rodeo. He helped raise the welfare of the poor there. Vincent was born in Venice, Italy. He was born into a fairly wealthy family, so he was able to get a good education as well. He finished his college and had a decent job. After he graduated from college, his career skyrocketed and he became famous especially in the film industry. He has made many films and he is famous throughout Italy. This made him close to influential people in Italy. His closeness to influential people such as officials was the beginning of the destruction of his career.
          A life full of wealth makes Vincent's life go wrong. Vincent became drunk often, even he was familiar with cocaine. The longer his addiction to cocaine became more severe. The price of cocaine is also quite expensive, and this made him think about becoming a drug dealer. He used his fame to get close to bigger drug dealers. He got a supply of drugs from them. Vincent also had many members there who he used to spread the drugs he wanted to sell. Until one day its members were arrested one by one and Vincent became a fugitive from the police. Vincent flees to Los Santos. In Los Santos, Vincent returns to his business, which is to become a drug dealer.
          An illegal package of cocaine ordered by Vincent has arrived at one of the docks in Los Santos. Vincent, who wanted to make sure that the package could reach the place of storage, went with his members to the port. But the unexpected happened. On the way to the storage warehouse, Vincent, who was carrying a car containing a package of cocaine, was held at gunpoint by his own members. Vincent finally surrendered without any fight, he was killed by his man. Vincent's dead body was left alone while his man went somewhere carrying the package containing the cocaine.
