He was born in a mobster family and raised by his parents and spent his childhood with his family. William Spina has an American – Italian mix from his parents. Lived in a very simple, his parents only owned a coffee shop. His father was a wise guy, teaching William about illegal goods. William knew about every narcotic when he was young, cause his territory is full of mobsters. William turned to a life of crime at an early age. William has grown up, living the American dream. It starts with selling drugs and guns and robbing someone’s property. All he needs is money. New York, 7 July 2017 he got caught by cops after murdering someone. He was sued by the court and got 5 years in Sing-Sing Correctional Facility, which most people call that is Sing-Sing Prison. 1826 days have passed, and he didn’t waste the single one. When they led him out, he was ready for it. After getting out of prison, it doesn’t take a deterrent effect on him. With no money and no girls, he's back to his activities last year. William has been stuck in New York, and he decided to move out of New York and it goes to Los Santos. He tried to find a job, but Los Santos makes him overwhelmed. After he met with someone named Arnold “Arnie” Galante, who offers William a job. William immediately accepts Arnold’s offer, to work in the arcade. Not only that, Arnold gives him other jobs, that as selling drugs and guns. William doesn’t care about any risk or harm to him. No matter what people say, as long as he gets about money, he will do it.
