Catherine Patricia is often called by the nickname Kate or Patrice. Catherine's father was a New York police high command. From a young age, Catherine seemed interested in following her father's career to become a police officer. Catherine's mother is a music teacher at an art studio in New York, so apart from studying law and the police, Catherine is able to play musical instruments such as the piano and guitar. Catherine attended Sixth Avenue Elementary School, then went on to 56 Corlears Junior High School, and Bronx High School of Science. After finishing school, she continued her studies at New York University with a major in law. Finishing college with a period of 3.5 years, she attended the New York police academy which happened to be held not long after she graduated. She was not so surprised by the rigorous training, because her father had explained it to her before she enrolled. During her time at the academy, not only shooting theory and strategy but she was taught how to handle complaints and respond to the public. After successfully passing through the academy, she started his career as a police officer and became part of the public relations staff who usually deal with the media and the general public. Time passed until Catherine was appointed as part of the supervisor of public relations. Her career continued, until her name was known by the public because she often held socialization activities. Until one day she received a call from the San Andreas Police Department to replace Giselle Raquenzel who was one of the command team and head of the public relations unit who disappeared without news. She accepted the offer, and after finishing all her work in New York he hurriedly moved to San Andreas and started his new job there.
