$Sandika$ Posted October 25, 2022 Posted October 25, 2022 Edgar_Leonard During the dawn of April 16th 1995, Francesca and Roderick Leonard welcomed their third son to the world who they later named Frank Edgar Lockhart Leonard, or Edgar Leonard in short. The firstborn, Braxton Leonard, already passed away and Edgar's elder sister, Claretha, is already married and moved to Alaska. Economic-wise, Edgar's family is a middle-income household in the state of Michigan, United States of America. His father was a factory worker, and his mother was an administrative personnel at a local banking institution. Everything went well for Edgar during his childhood phase. When he turned 18 years old, a sudden news brought storm into their family: Roderick was shot dead when he was at the factory where a drive-by was performed by an unidentified group of individuals. It was a very hard hit for Edgar and his whole family. Edgar, who just finished his high school at that time, sworn to seek out the murderer of his father, which later became the primary fuel for his avid interest in the world of law enforcement. Few years passed, with the blessing of his mother, Edgar decided to move to Los Santos to attend the Police Academy. He underwent the academy successfully and when he was 22 years old, he officially became a law enforcement officer, serving for the San Andreas Police Department. At this point, Edgar's urge to seek the murderer of is father started to fade away as he began to wholeheartedly accept the fate of his dad. He faithfully served in the SAPD for three years before hearing that his mother started to develop a cancer in her lungs. At first, Francesca was able to deal with it on her own. However, on Edgar's fourth year of serving for the police department, his mother’s condition worsened to a point where she hardly could carry her daily activities out. Edgar then decided to resign from the police department and flew back to Michigan to look after his mother. Francesca's condition kept worsening, and on a very cold, rainy midnight of June 2021, Francesca passed away. Edgar was blown by the loss of his mother, it was one of the lowest point in his life. He then slowly tried to grip his life back and eventually, after a year of living alone in Michigan, he once again decided to move back to Los Santos. Upon arriving, Edgar tried to get back in touch with some of his former friends in the police department, but most of them already moved out of the city, or is serving in another state in the US. "A new beginning?" he muttered to himself. From that point on, he decided that this is indeed a new beginning for him after all the unfortunate events he went through. Currently Edgar lived as a normal civilian and is strongly considering to rejoin the law enforcement force. Edgar most of the time might have forgotten it, but once in a while, the dread and anger he felt from the sudden passing of his father a decade ago haunts him and ignited his will to do good deed and make the people around him safe.
