Lowell or ICE is often having problems with some of the groups that are around Ganton Town. Lowell di group was called Idlewood Crips or IC, Lowell himself played an important role in the group regulating financial and territorial issues, Lowell became the most important person when he was 18 years old when he got his brother who was managing important things died because he was shot by several people who tried to seize the Idlewood territory on their own. Lowell replaces his brother who plays an important role in the group until in the end Lowell and his friends plan to take an area in Ganton. They plan to take the area only to be used as material for narcotics and weapons business, Lowell holds full power in this matter which makes Idlewood's group shoot several people suspected of being Original Gangsters in the area and Lowell shoots these people right in the heart and stomach which makes them die instantly. Lowell and friends fled from the place with nothing. One day, Lowell found his friends gathered around Lowell's house. They talked about the people they had just killed, they thought they would end up in prison or be shot dead by those people, in the end, Lowell got fed up and decided to go to a nearby restaurant to buy some food until in the end , Lowell returned to his friends to chat and tell stories, but his friends Cobe saw two suspected children affiliated with Ganton, the two challenged and spoke loudly to Cobe and Lowell. The two of them challenged and pulled out a shotgun and were ready to shoot Lowell's friends until at the end of the anger Lowell and his friends got shot by Ganton's son and Lowell and his friends died.
