Givia was born in Brooklyn, New York on the 12th of March 1987. He is a fierce and ruthless mobster, said to be very influential in New York's underworld and exceedingly well-versed in the ways of the street. The emergence of Givia's influence still remains unclear, but after the information put forward by informants, Givia was formally a cat burglar who cunningly found weaknesses in various supermarket chains' systems of storing cash. Givia which have been successfully robbing postal offices, underground rackets and notably supermarkets since the 2015s, using nothing more than a drill and a vacuum. He known to target specific supermarkets across the country, exploiting the same crucial vulnerability more than a dozen times. Because while these supermarket's safes are as secure as any other, cash envelopes are delivered to them via pneumatic tubes. A couple years ago, some clever criminal realized it's much easier to drill into a tube than into a vault. What's most surprising is that these specific supermarket chains haven't seemed to have made any effort to change their cash delivery method, despite it costing they in the last few years. Givia decided to find a different approach and met a man, John “Jackie” Armone. It was with John "Jackie" Armone he learned some of his most valuable skills that would make him an asset to LCN. Through a serious of phone calls and messages, a talking was set up between they and the decision came down that Givia would begin working for expand their wings to the west coast as well following him. Without a choice, Givia was sent to Los Santos and they began to start with the first blocks of their operation and build they connection around.
