Serbia was born in a family with middle to low economic condition, the source of funds for the needs of the family's life was only from his father, namely Clemente Chavez, who worked as an employee in a corrupt railway company, he was not a train engineer, but only a blue collar worker. Serbia gave bad examples to other friends, one of the things that stood out the most was drug using, because they were all teenagers, so it was quite difficult to get access to these illicit goods, at that time only Serbia Chavez and Jesus Sena who had direct connections to drug dealers, knew that it had quite interest among lot of teenagers, Serbia Chavez and Jesus Sena decided to distribute this illicit goods, at first only a few people knew that Serbia Chavez and Jesus Sena were selling drugs, but over time consumers more and more they spread to students at the school where they studied. Unfortunately when Jesus Sena was conducting transactions with several students, their activities were discovered by one of the teachers which caused Jesus Sena to be dishonorably expelled from school, since then Serbia Chavez and Jesus Sena never met and communicated again, Serbia suspected that Jesus Sena, his best friend was taken away by his parents. Serbia Chavez was still selling drugs alone, but the principal and some teachers already suspected Serbia was a drug dealer because his movements had the same pattern as Jesus Sena. Moreover, Serbia Chavez was a friend of Jesus Sena. After school, consumers who often buy drugs from Serbia asked to meet at their usual place of making transactions, at the school toilet. It turned out that Serbia was framed, when he was doing a transaction, Serbia was immediately caught by several teachers with evidence of cocaine in his hands and in his bag, without further ado Serbia was also expelled from school just like Jesus Sena. Serbian parents who knew that were certainly very angry, they didn't expect that their son would play and even became drug dealers. Serbia parents immediately packed Serbia's personal belongings and threw them out of the house, Serbia, who was a teenager at that time, felt lost and didn't know where to go, at the end he boarded a train carrying coal and arrived in Los Santos. Serbia still had some drugs to sell to meet its needs, but selling drugs in Los Santos which was a new place for him wasn't an easy thing, there were so many dealers like him, the seizure of consumers and the seizure of market territory by other dealers.
