He was born on August 20, 1993 in Los Angeles, California, United States. Cooper's name itself is the name of his grandfather, Cooper Elliot. Rodnell's father is Leroyce Cooper and his mother is Jennifer Stanly. Rodnell or commonly called by his mother with Nel is a very lazy child. When he was a teenager, every day he was always at home spending time playing video games. Rodnell dropped out of high school, because his parents were difficult economically. In the end, he also tried to work in the market to help his mother to provide for the family. The Coopers have long lived at W 54th St, South Los Angeles. As he got older, Rodnell joined the crips gang around his house. Behavior and nature have changed, because they are influenced by the association in the environment. Every night Rodnell spent time gathering at his hangout. He and his friends were seen drinking in the middle of the night and also using drugs. On certain nights they also often make noise and fight in the streets with bloods gangs. Sometimes several members of the police are also present to disperse and arrest the members of the street gangs. Rodnell was frequently targeted, but he repeatedly escaped police pursuit. At one time, Rodnell and his friends were selling drugs to the El Monte hispanic area of East Los Angeles. He and his friend were accosted by several hispanic gang members who were there. Full of emotion, Rodnell berated the group in harsh language. However, one of Rodnell's friends was shot with a gun by a gang member who approached him. Rodnell did not remain silent, he pulled out his 9mm pistol and immediately shot dead all the hispanic gang members. Rodnell and his friends tried to escape from the place, but unfortunately the police immediately came to ambush and arrested them. He ended up in prison, with a sentence of around 15 years. Saat itu sudah diblokir oleh (mpanjia) pada tahun 2020.
