He was known as a good kid in elementary school, but he was a naughty kid when he reached Highshcool. When he finally got his Driving licences, he bought his first motorcycle called Shancez's. It was his first bike and he got so excited to ride it, he likes dirt bike, thats the reason why he buys Shancez's. He bought that motorcycle using the money he save from his lunch money. But unfortunately he crashed while playing a dirt bike, his right arm and his right leg is broken, he has to have surgery. After surgery, his parent told him, no more dirt bike because his parent was afraid something like this will happen again to Percy. Percy is very upset with his parents decision, he decide to move out with the money he saved after buying Shancez's, and ofcourse he using his Shanchez's to move out from home. Percy Oakley choose Los Santos for his new home, he doesn't have much money to rent an appartemen, so he decide to take Side job like Cleaning the street, take out the trash, mining, and collect berries. When he finally have money to rent an appartemen, he rent an appartemen near by Los Santos Mall. The price is affordable for Percy's pocket. its only 0/week. After renting an appartemen, Percy start saving again to buy a car called Sultan, the car prize is 00, Percy start working so hard so he can buy that car. When finally the time has come, Percy savings are above 00, with that money, Percy can buy the car he wants. He buys the car in Pink Dealer. luckily the prize didn't go up so he can buy that car cash. After buying the car, the next day Percy immediately Upgrade his car body, exhaust, front bemper, rear bemper, side skirt, roof vent, installed spoiler, and installed No2. Percy Oakley dont have much friend because he too focused on his side job, but he have 5 friend from Los Santos. They were good friends, they support Percy hobby riding dirt bike because they know Percy love Dirt bike. they like to join working side job with Percy. Percy love his new live in Los Santos because he feel free event though he have to work hard for his live. He doesn't have a real job yet because he still want to feel free. Maybe in a few weeks he will become a Mechanic because he also likes Automotive.
