Charon's father had died when he was still in the womb. Since Charon's father died, his mother took all the responsibility for the further due. Due to economic limitations, Charon did not get a proper education. In addition to financial burdens, Charon's mother has addiction problems with drugs. Charon must find ways to make money to support his mother and himself at a time when a youngster his age can enjoy their late teens. Everything came to a head when Charon's mother overdosed on narcotics; Charon had to put in extra effort to pay for his mother's medical bills. Charon must split his time between working around the clock and caring for his mother. His mom is not able to recover after the terrifying tragedy fully. After a few months, Charon's mother's condition has not changed. The bill that never paid off made the hospital stop the treatment given to Charon's mother. Due to the deteriorating illness of Charon's mother, Charon's mother died of an overdose. Charon's uncle, who resides in Los Santos, heard about this tragic news as it spread. After Charon's mother is six feet under, his uncle persuades him to move out of Brooklyn and live with him in Los Santos. Charon, who is now staying with his uncle, should be able to sustain himself; he tries to find a job through newspapers. Charon requested his uncle's permission to use his uncle's Honda XR650 because he did not have access to any vehicle. Since his uncle allowed Charon to drive his Honda XR650, Charon decided to go to the city to find a decent job for him. Charon saw a driver who had just parked his motorcycle on the road while riding his bike to East Los Santos. Charon approached the individual and inquired about the job because he was looking for one. Even though Charon didn't respond well to that person, the person Charon recently met granted him a job as a lawn mower.
