She was the first-born daughter of her father and mother. Her mother was a socialite, and her father was a well-known fund manager. Arwen also had a younger brother named Aaron. Despite her wealthy upbringing, she wasn't a spoiled youngster and was conscious of her benefits from an early age. Early on, she developed an interest in music and vehicles. She was obsessed with alternative rock and grunge genres. Her favorite bands were Depeche Mode, Radiohead, and The Smashing Pumpkins. She also asked her dad to buy her a motorcycle, and he signed her up for California Superbike School. She was also the youngest member of the American Motorcyclist Association. When she turned 15, she went to a private high school. She liked to help her friends and teachers. She joined many extracurricular activities. She also performed at many school events. Many of her peers during her high school years were mesmerized by her beauty and talent. She formed a band with her friends and played music in her spare time. They aspired to be as successful as their idols. Derrick, her bandmate, passed away from drug abuse. Losing a member had given the members a hard time, so they decided to disband. On August 10th, 2010, Her favorite band was in town. She was excited because her favorite band concert was on her birthday. She immediately bought a VIP ticket and went to that concert. She ran into a girl named Emily accidentally. There was chemistry between them. After that, they hung out till noon at the nearby park. Emily told her everything about her dreams. She said that she wanted to be a paramedic. Arwen was lovestruck. That night made it clear that she was into boys and also girls. As time went by, Arwen confessed her feelings to Emily. She asked her to be her girlfriend. Thankfully, Emily said yes. One day, when she was riding a motorcycle with Emily, they had a motorcycle accident. Emily died at the scene. Arwen got her leg badly broken at her knee. When Arwen first heard that Emily had died, she was shocked and struggled to gather her thoughts. She became so depressed that she cut herself off from the outside world. Her parents were very concerned about her mental well-being because she had been depressed and experiencing an existential crisis after that accident. They made every effort to help her get back on track. They suggested therapy to Arwen, and she responded well. She finally bounced back. She started to study hard as she used to do. She applied to Yale. Fortunately, She got into Yale University. She decided to follow her dream to be an artist and doctor. She went to medical school after earning a high GPA in her nursing undergraduate degree. She received honors at graduation. After graduating from Yale, she studied art. She relocated to Los Santos because she wanted to start over without the support of her parents. She supported herself financially while awaiting her full medical license in Los Santos by working as a truck driver and a part-time digital artist.
