He was Oscar Deldildo, a 29 year old man who at that time contributed to the Sinaloa Cartel. The cartel accused of being behind the murder of several rival cartel members in an unused warehouse in the Mexican city of Celaya is the Chupacabra Cartel Associate, better known as the CCA. Oscar finally married a beautiful girl named Vega Margarita who worked as a waitress at a bar owned by the Sinaloa Cartel and decided to have children before officially getting married. Oscar and Vega's life felt fine like a married couple as usual. Oscar and Vega also agreed to name their first child with the name Ochoa Deldildo, Ochoa is the name of Oscar's predecessor who died while fighting against America. Ochoa and Vega finally decided to get married. A few years after they got married, the growing Ochoa knew nothing about his family. Ochoa is also known as a smart and friendly child, he doesn't know that what his father is doing is a bad thing. At his school, Ochoa often gets into the top 3 as a student with outstanding grades. This of course made Oscar and Vega proud of their son. A dozen years on, Ochoa who is getting older still doesn't know anything about her father's work. Vega, who is pregnant with his second child, feels uncomfortable because he has fooled Ochoa, Vega also plans to tell what his father did to support Ochoa's family. But unlucky, Vega received sad news from her husband's group leader that Oscar, Ochoa's father, was found dead with gunshot wounds all over his body. Feelings of sadness, anger, and revenge mixed in Ochoa's heart. After that incident, Vega gave up his intention to tell what happened to Ochoa. Vega asks Ochoa to get away from Sinaloa and start his life in Los Santos with his younger brother, Pacheco.
