lover Posted May 9, 2022 Posted May 9, 2022 Emiel Palmer Emiel Palmer known to others as "Droopy" is a 25-year-old significant figure from the Brouge Blocc, originally born on the 300 block of Palmer Street, Emiel moved to Brouge Avenue aged 6 with his mother during the peak of the aggression between Chamberlain Varrio Tortilla Flats and Palmer Blocc Carson Crips on Palmer Street. He attended the Carson High School where he made money by selling cigarettes to other students. In December 2013, Droopy got into a fight at the school's crossing when he got into a heated argument with a Hispanic student known to have ties with S/S Carson Varrio 70, a rival gang of Palmer Blocc Carson Crips at the time. Droopy tells the story that he was challenged by the Hispanic when he was singled out after having been affiliating with known Palmer Blocc students, leading to Droopy throwing the first fist. The fight was short lived, being broken up by a crossing guard who interfered and separated the two until deputy sheriffs arrived and made arrests. Neither two were charged, Emiel' fight helped him earn a reputation at school locally and around the Brouge block. He became more involved with members from the BBS clique of Palmer Blocc Carson Crips, where he became known as "Droopy." By age 15, Emiel had been jumped in with the gang. He became close with Montero "Marco" Wilburn who would later go on to be arrested at the age of 22 after being the main suspect in a double homicide following a failed home invasion. In January 2022, Emiel was shot in a drive-by shooting carried out by Traviesos Gangsters. He suffered a gunshot wound to his upper abdomen which he later began taking oxys for. Since then, Emiel has been battling an addiction to oxycodone. On February 13th 2022, Emiel Palmer was shot dead by deputies from the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department after a gunfight.
