This faction mainly relies on character-development. The neighborhood is our community, and we seek to heighten the atmosphere when it comes to roleplaying in the area. We're mainly looking for people who want to roleplay a young teen between the ages of 13 to 15, despite the faction being african-american based, we only accept african-american races into the faction.
