     Joseph Gagliardi was born and raised in a house dominated by his father, Josue Gagliardi a working-class and law-abiding citizen. His clan The Gagliardi is mostly one generation removed from the land of the capital city of Mexico. He lived there with his mother, uncles, grandparents, assorted aunts, and his cousin, it was a crowded place inside a roomy house. His uncles were nicknamed local trouble-maker as they were often involved in petty crimes, mostly group-related. Joseph himself was very familiar with violence, as his father had a major issue related to anger management. Seeing his father, beating up his mom was normal scenery. 
 
     It was a hard time for people with skin color back in the day. Joseph doesn’t have an equal chance to compete with his white peer group. He lost in sports team selection, his academy grade really slumped down, and buried his expectations six-deep pertaining to achieving wealth and pursuing a decent, and good lively foundation. The only way to survive, and crawl from the shithole is by following the path of his uncle, a successful hustler and reputable gentleman in the face of local citizens around the place where Joseph grew up. Joseph had his time to convince his uncle that he got worth, he had what it takes to be a criminal. 
 
     Joseph started his criminal career as an errand boy, delivering a word and massages for his uncle to his business colleagues across town. He served the man long enough, doing whatever he had been told until one time he once asked to “get his own bone” by killing an outsider who apparently turned himself in as a confidential informant to undermine the small drug trafficker enterprise that his uncle built a long time ago. Joseph went in for the job, and it was a fiasco. The target was dead, but Joseph was arrested. He spent ten years in the state penitentiary before being finally rehabilitated.
