Muklis Posted June 1, 2022 Posted June 1, 2022 Quote We cannot roleplay like we’re in Mexico or Colombia. There is few things a cartel member in America fears more than spending the rest of their life in a foreign prison thousands of miles away from their home country. In other low quality cartel factions you’ll see people acting like they’re in Mexico or Colombia. Driving around in trucks carrying assault rifles, dressing up like sicarios, beheading people. Another thing is openly fighting on the streets, this is a no go. You might have rival cells go head-to-head once in a blue moon in the U.S.A, but they won't be shooting down the street with M4A1s and wasting 5 magazines, dumping them into bodies. If and when rival narco groups go to war in the U.S.A (which bear in mind is very rare), they'll treat it like any Mob hit and do it clean and fast and out of sight. American cartel cells operate under the radar as much as they can, they try to move like ghosts. Rafael Nunez was born in a poor district in western Mexico known as Huatulco. His father was addict to heavy drugs such as cocaine and heroine which led to his death due to an overdose when Rafael was only fourteen. After six years, Rafael's criminal life started as a local drug dealer and slowly started earning himself a name in the western. In the late 2020s, Rafael Nunez got hired by the drug baron, Miguel Diaz, he was putting in work and got promoted to a distributor. In mid-2021s, the drug baron got killed. The drug cartel collapsed, many members got killed and arrested by the police. After what happened, Rafael lost his income source and his life was threatened which made him decide to leave Huatulco forever and start a clear life in Los Santos. Rafael settled in Los Flores and rented a small budget room with the remaining money he still got. He started working as a trainer at the gym with a man known as Armando, and he was paying him a weekly budget in exchange of protection.
