He has twin brothers named Davaqueno Vasquez and Guenteroz Vazques. Isac has a pretty bad life in Mexico there, he often fights in his school environment. Isac Vasquez is the right hand man of Nuevo 'Gallo' Martinez who lives around Marina Canal, Los Santos, he has many drug business partners whom he can trust. Day after day, the drug business that Isac and his partner, Joaquin Alvarez, has been running without success among his subordinates. One day Isac Vasquez woke up from the sofa from Calvino's Vaporizer shop, there he was surprised because suddenly woke up at almost midnight. After he wakes up and has washed his face, he decides to meet his big boss, Nuevo Martinez.
