Nuevo live in dark environment, he's watching transaction, money laundring, selling drugs, killing other cartel rival. Day by day, he grown up as like his father he make his own cartel named Rey de Oriente. He's running his Cartel Business around Los Santos which the place is Marina Canal, he make a warehouse of cocaine for saving his import cocaine from Mexico Nuevo Martinez or Gallo is the founder of Mexican Cartel who's living around Marina Canal, he have a lot of soldado and a lot of trusted men's. Day by day, the business he is in is not making any profit, he asked one of the people he trusted, Isac Vasquez, he asked several questions about why their business could go down so drastically and only lose. Nuevo also invited Isac to meet at a beach close to the Marina, namely Santa Maria Beach. He talked to Isaac with 4 eyes, but Nuevo had suspicions of Isaac who had a strange attitude. Nuevo also invited Isac to go to a quieter place, namely under the Santa Maria Beach bridge, Isac also pointed his gun at Nuevo, because he already had a plan to carry out a rebellion against the Nuevo cartel.
