After Rucho's move from his hometown, he continued his studies at San Pedro University but it didn't last long after he started joining groups around the Blue Garden apartment, East Los Santos.

Rucho saw a group of young people around the apartment where he lived. Rucho began to gather with the people around him. Over time, Rucho feels at home with the Blue Garden atmosphere, because Rucho is confused and has no money, he starts harassing people around her and starts selling drugs. Over time, Rucho's drug business expanded, now he is a well-known drug dealer around him.

One day, he got a call from his customer and asked Rucho to meet him somewhere in Palomino. Rucho who needs money has the intention to scam his customer. When he arrived at Palomino, he met his buyer, the buyer asked for a hundred grams of crack. The buyer paid first and then Rucho left the place with the excuse of getting the dopes at his place first. Apparently, he didn't come back and took the buyer's money away. One week later, in a place called Los Flores, Rucho was enjoying the day in an alley, he was surprised by the appearance of a buyer whose money was taken away 1 week ago. Without waiting long, the buyer chased Rucho and asked Rucho to return his money. Rucho doesn't give him the money, the buyer immediately takes out his knife and executes Rucho in the alley.
