Young Chuong has a brother named Hans Chuong but his brother has been missing since they arrived in Los Santos. Young is the second child of the Chuong family and Young is not a spoiled child and likes to spend his time alone but he is a child who is easy to get along with anyone and anywhere, at the time in Los Santos around 2010 Young was 8 years old and he already had many friends around the neighborhood, Young lives a normal life as usual and he doesn't belong to a broken family. Since the age of 8, Young has had a friend named Brandon Meek. They've been friends since Young lived in Los Santos to be precise around the Idlewood motel, Young and Meek often played together and we're looking for some extra friends to play with, Meek and Young liked to play soccer when they were little and Young made extra friends while they were playing soccer, and soon more and more Chuong families arrived in the Idlewood area, one of which was Michael Chuong's family who loved to do evil things to the people around him. Young Chuong has known Michael Chuong's family for a long time. This is where he has a son named Isaiah Leap who is also a brother to them both, the three of them often played at that time and they didn't care how tough the Chuong family were even though most of them were heavy drunks and drug addicts, that didn't break their friendship. but they are even more excited when they can meet and play together every day, in 2022. Young, Meek, Isaiah is 18 years old, their thoughts about evil things have started to enter their brains and they also form a gathering near the Idlewood motel named Louis Park.
