  Anthony "Slim Tony" Santino is a 28 years old growing soldier in the Santino crime family who is the grandson of Vincent Santino, the current ruler and Boss of the organized crime, one of the strongest in the five families of New York. He is a law graduate from NYU, being sent by his father who was disgusted by the family's involvement in the Mob, only to see his own son getting dragged back into the life. Tony had felt a swift nepotism way of entrance to the family, getting made in just two years due to his blood relations with Vincent Santino.

 

  Tony has ambitions to continue his grandfather's heritage in the family's empire of crime reigning in the East Coast. Due to his inability to reach and communicate with Vincent Santino on a regular basis, Tony climbs his story up the ladders guided by the family's most trusted caporegime, Joseph Gagliardi, learning through Joey's steps and moves as a crew leader in their organization. Enforcing and being on Joey's side in the wild west, Tony would act himself as Joey's direct side kick.

 

  Anthony Santino is portrayed to the likes of Michael Franzese in terms of his dislike towards the use of guns and violence, Anthony, just like Franzese, prefers to settle everything through words and gestures, creating friendships out of conflicts instead of rivalry. Another archetype that will be similarly portrayed if Anthony should hold a very powerful position is Michael Corleone, the fictional character in the Godfather movies, being a calm, rational person, and upholds honor, loyalty and friendship. Anthony Santino uses his knowledge in the justice of the law to help defend his crew from false charges, corrupt police officers, and court trials. Anthony Santino is fond of women, really fond, in fact he would call himself a womanizer, an enjoyer of such beauty.
