$Augustus$ Posted December 8, 2021 Posted December 8, 2021 Travis_Bickle Travis Bickle was born as an orphan at the local orphanage in Los Santos on July-15-1995, Bickle is paranoid kid since he always fantasizes what he experience and exaggerating what he will predict, also he suffers from existential crisis since a every young age because no one wanted to be his friend in the orphanage nor in the public, looking from his perspective, the world is just a dull simulation created by the divines. Filled with curiosity he always wanders on every part of the city since he was 10, he saw many many abominations happened in every district, such as robberies, prostitution, he even once saw a murder happened in the alley near Glen Park. as Bickle grow up, he already get used to the city everday behaviour, as a teenager who studied in a middle school, he still didn't get a single friend and even in the high school he couldn't. After Bickle graduate from a highschool, he immediately enlisted himself to the United States Marine Corps, got no destination to go he choose to be a marine with atleast stabilize income but however he keep thinking that joining the marine would've been a bad decision but he would get used to the environment after few months, after serving in the marines for 7 years with a rank of Sergeant, he got honorably discharged due to a fatal injuries he suffered during his time in Afghanistan. After he came back from his service from Afghanistan to his homeland Los Santos, he found out that the orphanage he used to live and grew up was closed 5 years ago due to the owner suffered from brain tumor and died, he visit the orphanage owner in her grave, grieving and also appreciating for her service for raising up Bickle to be a good and charming man. Couple years has passed, Bickle has aleardy fully recovered from his injuries he suffered prior 3 years back, he currently live alone in his apartment, his existensial crisis hit him back after he came back from his service and no one shows up cheering his retirement, and also he currently suffered from insomnia and depression due to living alone with no one by his side, he really goes out everywhere alone such as in bars, in cars, sidewalks, stores. everywhere, like there's no escape to that. He tried to make a living by applying a job such as a Stockbroker company, Finance, and Industry, unfortunately his application are declined at all of them, with his not "much" education it's really really hard to find a job nowadays, he currently doing some part time job such as bartender, tour guide, and bank teller to fill his daily needs which is doesn't. after thinking it would not sufficient his daily needs, after days in his room staring at the ceilling, Bickle thinking about becoming a taxi driver since it's easy and Los Santos is a never sleeping city which he will get an infinite amount of passengers everday, he assume that becoming a taxi driver would fill up his monthly needs, the days went by he was looking for a taxi company that would accept him as a taxi driver to continue make a living.
