People called them 'Southside Empire', they earns and build their balances by controlling drug trade chems throughout Los Santos. Usually feets around El Corona, they've earned so many respects from the other gangs across the San Andreas, they also called 'The most notorious hispanic gang in the world'. They have spreaded significantly, they can be found throughout Los Santos, El Corona is the most. Surenos represent themselves with symbols and phrases such as “Sur 13'' with 'Blue' as their pillar of sign of it's gang. “Sureños” term and name was first used in middle of 1970 when a prison war between the Prisonia Latin Gang and Nuestra Familia. The conflict resulted in pride and territorial dispute between various independent Chicano gang members who aligned themselves with Nuestra Familia (meaning “Our Family” in Spanish) and those who aligned with the Latin Mafia. The Norteños (meaning “Northerners” in Spanish) and Sureño rivalry was soon created to distinguish themselves from their region of origin. As day by day, their members released out from the state of custody, In 2001 influence outside the prison to control drug chems and taxing drug dealers around their turf, if the dealers refuse to pay, it'll results death. In time, Nuestra slips their chance to tax Surenos for protection , Surenos don't want to be taxed any longer by them. The external Surenos members contacted in the others inside the prison to take care of this, the war between Nuestra Familia and Surenos are started. It eats around 30 prisoners to death in 3 days. One of their well-known council, Raul 'Santana' Saldivar released out of the state of the prison. He was successfully controlled around 20 percent of Illegal weapon trade chems between United State and Tijuana, Mexico. REBUILD THE GANG In 2014, three more had released. Jimmy 'Flaco Pueblo, Lucas 'Munez' Alejandro, & Calbers Osvaldo. The security system of San Andreas became aware of Surenos' existence and criminal activity by the late of 2014, they sent three internal cops into Surenos as undercover. Badly, soon after the Goverment send their undercovers into the gang, Surenos tortured them to death in May. The gang basically took control of the El Corona. They controlled drug distribution; in parts of Southern Los Santos.They had successfully reached their goals to control Los Santos, it helped them to recruit more and more.Their activities started to be louder and louder. After Los Santos Prison officials relocated Surenos cells and the Nuestra into different blocks, the conflict had calmed for the moment. The 'Father' has risen, La eMe getting Surenos into their payroll, the relationship between eMe and the Southside Locotes (Surenos) are getting tight, they used to work together to control all the hispanic gangs through-out San Andreas. EVIL KLAN 13 Ganton Courts Housing Projects is a new neighbourhood for a small clique named Evil Klan 13 since they've been moving from El Corona. All of occupants are predominantly Hispanic race (Salvadorean, Mexican, Guatemalan, and other Hispanic races) since end of 2014 because massive immigrants from a whole of Latino place are coming out to this town for looking a fresh life. The gang are controlled by The Mexican Mafia to distribute their drugs, alcohol, e.t.c. They also collect taxes to every Sureno members and they're occasionally on the streets. The gang usually do a drug-trafficking, store robberies, tagging a turf, hood fight, e.t.c OOC RULES - Always make sure that you follow the server rules and the gang rules at all times. Show them the utmost respect.- It's recommended you do not argue with higher ranks. Doing so could result in a dispute and you being demoted or CK'd- The /f chat is strictly In Out Of Character only. The 28-year-old suspect forced his way into the home of a man and his two teenage sons in the 4400 block of Ganton Drive South around 4:30 p.m. Thursday, said Los Santos police Sgt. Michael Morisseau. The suspect was being sought after a car-to-car shooting, also in the 4400 block of Ganton, around 2:30 p.m., Morisseau said. The 28-year-old victim admitted himself to County-USC Medical Center about 20 minutes later with non-life-threatening wounds and underwent surgery, Morisseau said, adding that the victim has not been co-operating with police. Police then received a call from a witness claiming to have seen the gunman sitting in a SUV car in a driveway off Fern Place, between Ganton Drive and Ganton Drive South, around 4:20 p.m., Morisseau said. The suspect fled as police approached, he said, and a 4-to-5 block containment perimeter was established. Morisseau estimated approximately 100 residences were searched before the suspect was found by a police dog around 6:55 p.m. Thursday. The suspect had forced his way into the residence almost immediately after taking flight and had taken clothing in an effort to conceal himself, Morisseau said. The father and sons in the residence were threatened but not harmed, he said. The suspect was later booked on suspicion of robbery and was still being questioned by detectives about the drive-by shooting, Morisseau said.
