He is an immigrant from Russia to San Andreas and the specific place is Los Santos belongs with his brother, Aleksei Mogilevich. They both had a father as a military who involved into cold war between Finland and Russia. Slav is known such as a environmental care man with his brother. He is volunteering a group that his father made to help the economy of Svetogorsk city belongs his brother and other younger man. Slav with the others successfully to drained the chaos and help the economy to established again. One day the goverment expelled the group and do not agree with the group that Mogilevich made. In the days when the situation is no more stand against the Mogilevich's family, Aleksei gived a plan about went to Los Santos. The next day, they going to Los Santos with a business-class plane. After departing on the Los Santos International Airport, they heading to nearest motel to take a rest after long ride. The next morning in Los Santos, Aleksei began to observing the social of Los Santos and attempt to be an illegal laborer in Ocean Docks. Aleksei want to bring back the glory days of the group that their family made before but with different objective. Slav is the one who always supported his brother unexpected plan, Aleksei began to explain the plan to Slav like he want to distributing a drugs and weapons to the social. One month passed by, they both successfully gaining more members and associates to keep the group steady. Started with selling a drugs to local man with a friendly price, Slav and Aleksei gaining many dollars to build the laboratory more bigger and bigger than before. More associates and members coalesce to the group and make the sales curve soaring up. They both started to claim a hood to build another laboratory on the different territory.
