Born in the city that has the number two density in Mexico, namely Tijuana. He is the son of a man named Fabio Adelmo and a woman named Everly Moore. He is usually called by the nickname Limo. His father and mother divorced when he was 6 years old. The cause of all that is his father trapped in a circle of drug dealers. His father was caught while he was carrying out the action. Fabio received a sentence of 15 years in prison. It all made his mother choose to divorce and bring Josue to move from his father's environment. Josue lives with his mother in Miramar, Mexico. A few years later, when Josue turned 14 years old. While he was at school, he received news that his mother had a terrible accident that caused her life to be saved. Josue still can't believe that his parents have to leave his youth behind. Josue also tried to get up from the slump. From then on, he returned to his hometown to live with his uncle. His uncle, Fuerte Ramirez, had been abandoned by his wife who died which left him lonely. Fuerte always gives life lessons to Josue so that he is passionate about living his life. He was raised by his uncle until finally Josue finished school. When he was 19 years old, Fuerte advised Josue to move to America. The goal is for Josue to study at a university that has higher credibility than her home country, Mexico. But Josue refused, he thought that Fuerte would stay in Mexico and Josue would go alone to study in America. Josue's goal to go alone is so that if one day Josue's father is released from prison, Fuerte can inform him of Josue's whereabouts. Fuerte also agreed to this because he had seen that Josue was capable enough to live on his own. When Josue arrived in Los Santos, he immediately rented an apartment in Los Flores. He began to try to get along with the residents around the apartment. But that made him far from his original goal of going to college, now he has instead become a person who often gets drunk and starts getting acquainted with illegal drugs.
