On June 25th, Lucius Antilo Albinius arrived in Los Santos as soon as he heard the news about his little brother Anarkos's death. Marcello accompanied by Patrizio had to pick Lucius up at the airport. They both talked about the director behind this little scene. Seeing how cruel is Los Santos, Lucius is not so stupid that he had to jump straight into the dark world. He signed to the Fire Department with the knowledge he has. Things changed, it wasn't long until he decided to pack his stuff up from the academy. He again contacts Marcello that he wanted to know more about the little things that have existed in Los Santos.

Things were running smoothly with Lucius's plan. He managed to hold the oil factory and the prostitution den outside of Los Santos which is located at Las Venturas. Day by day, Lucius getting distracted with his plan to avenge. Little when he knows that he's getting distracted, the incident he hopes would be a reality happened. The family keeps on engaging in gang wars involving blood spreading all over the streets. Until then a tragic incident happened. Called "Ganton Things". The family had to help their ally, N/S Piru Avenue. They all went into a shootout with the cops, they most likely don't care who are they messing with. A week passed by, Marcello got a call from the cops, Dandi Francisco.

Lucius who is worried about Marcello began to losing faith in the family as they can't do anything with it. All that Lucius can do is waiting, waiting, and waiting. Two days passed, Marcello finally called to tell Lucius that he's physically fine. Without any hesitation, he straight away drove to the Correctional Facility to pick Marcello up. They both talked about the stupidity of the family. One thing that Lucius doesn't know is, Marcello and Florentino already planned on betraying the family. After a while, Florentino asked Lucius to become one of the crew as Florentino cares about Lucius's life. Lucius then agreed as he has no longer have an interest within the family.

Not so long when he agreed, he finally lost Marcello when the family hunts them. Lucius who is emotionally unstable barely can't think straight knowing that Marcello has died. Lucius then drove to Mulholland for a quick ride. He doesn't even know if there's someone following him. Finally, the momentum comes, a group of Italian came in front of him, raining him with bullets straight away without any words.
