Born into a very simple family and in a fairly harsh environment. Where discrimination still dominates in the area where they live. Neandro although born in America and an American nationality but he also has Puerto Rican blood in him. His father's name is Armando Iglesias Valadez and his mother's name is Linda Holman. Armando and Linda were married since they met at the same university at the time where Neandro's father was an achiever in his field at college. Armando and Linda married and produced a son and daughter, namely Neandro himself and his sister, Felicia Valadez. Neandro and his sister Felicia are quite far apart in age where Neandro is now 16 years old and Felicia is still 10 years old. One night when they came home from the park where they used to play with their peers, they passed a small alley but saw at the end of the alley there was a group of people who were probably around 25-30 years old according to Neandro's own observations. Unexpectedly they are pedophiles who are waiting for minors to vent their sexual desires. And the victim is Neandro's sister, Felicia. Neandro who at that time made efforts to protect his younger brother but could not move because of their large number and he was also not mature enough to be able to fight people like them. Neandro was rendered unconscious by one of them while his younger brother was used as an outlet for them. Neandro who had realized saw his sister lying lifeless in front of his eyes. Meanwhile, those people were not at the scene. Neandro that night felt the deepest sadness because he lost his beloved brother in such a tragic way. A year after his brother's death, Neandro, who had graduated from high school, left his great city to pursue a better education in another area, namely Los Santos. With a decent amount of money that his parents gave him for his trip to Los Santos, and with a reckless and confident capital, he wanted to study there. Neandro rented a place called a flat or a cheap apartment that was quite feasible to live in. Neandro also works part time in a coffee shop at night after college to make a living in the city of Los Santos.
