Previously, his Family only had enough to eat. Javier is the second child of the Cortevaz Family, the first child being Morraquin Cortevaz. Morraquin, he used to be a hard worker toil for his Family that was less economically, he worked in a construction worker with the sweat he spent and the salary was not possible enough even thought he would be a useful person. Not long after, Morraquin stopped working and decided to go to Los Santos alone on the grounds that he lied that he would work there. Javier Cortevaz is the second child of his older brother, Morraquin. Javier has turned 17 years old with a pretty high mind, Javier was left by his brother at the age of 16, meaning 1 year has passed. Javier decides to look for his brother in Los Santos. He then went there by plane with the ticket fee given by his mother. After arriving there, still confused and awkward, Javier slowly looked for his brother throughout the City of Los Santos. And when Javier walked towards Jefferson, he saw his brother doing a Marijuana transaction. There Javier approached his brother and asked 'brother why you lie?' Morraquin replied nervously 'There is no other way to get a lot of money'. Javier was surprised and asked where his brother lived at this time. Morraquin Cortevaz, he lives in a closed place which is usually called a boarding House in the East Los Santos area. In the end Javier followed his brother where he lived, and took him to the place where his brother lived, and it turned out that many of his brother's friends gathered and were the same type of Mexican. Javier must follow his brother and continue his life in Los Santos without his parents knowing.
